John Egan has been active in Philadelphia and the surrounding region’s business, government and political scene for over 40 years. Mr. Egan founded J. Egan & Associates, LLC in 2004. Additionally, Mr. Egan retired as President of the Board of City Trusts in 2011 after serving as a member of the Board for over 30 years.

Mr. Egan’s experience in the field of finance is extensive, having served as the Chairman of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and as Executive Vice President of Raymond James & Associates. Mr. Egan also served as a founding member and Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority (PICA).

Politically, Mr. Egan was the Republican candidate for the Mayor of Philadelphia in the 1983 and 1987 elections.

Mr. Egan has developed unique relationships with members of the Pennsylvania Legislature as well as members of Philadelphia City Council and the Mayor’s Administration as a result of his involvement in the local political and business community.
